Aloha and welcome to the new Region 1 Men’s Gymnastics blog-site.

Here, news about Region 1 (Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, Northern California & Southern California) will be posted on a regular basis.

To All,

I would like to congratulate all of the gymnast’s and coaches at this year’s Regional Championships. Many have said, and I agree, that this was one of the best Regional Championships ever.

I would especially like to congratulate the gymnasts listed below for qualifying to our Regional Select Team for the Spring. With the exception of the seniors moving on to college, they will all be invited to this years Regional Select Team Camp in Woodward, Ca. which will tentatively be held on the weekend after Labor Day.

We will be adding gymnast’s to this list based on their performance at J.O. National Championships, and open slots created bygymnasts that move

into a different level and age division. The final group invited to the camp will be our Regional Select Team for the Summer.

More specific information will follow after National Championships.

Congratulations once again, and I will see you all at Nationals.
